This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to Lull, operated by Coftivo Teknoloji Limited Şirketi.
Subscription billing
Lull is a digital audio subscription billed monthly or yearly. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account. When you cancel, you keep access to premium content until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account returns to the free experience. Cancelling stops future renewals.
Refund eligibility
- If you were charged in error or experienced a technical problem that prevented access, contact us and we'll make it right.
- Requests for a refund of the most recent payment can be submitted within 14 days of that charge. We review each request individually.
- Where consumer-protection laws grant you a statutory right to a refund or withdrawal, those rights are honored and are not limited by this policy.
How to request a refund
Email hello@coftivo.com from the address associated with your account, including the approximate date of the charge. We aim to respond within a few business days.
Payment processor
Payments and refunds are processed by our payment provider. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
